Company Terms and Conditions:
1) A subscription fee of 5 Kuwaiti Dinars is required for regular subscribers when submitting a bid.
2) If the product value is not paid within two days, the bid will be considered rejected.
3) Payment for the product value must be made via 4MAZAD.
4) The product must be received within 48 hours of the full payment date, after reviewing the company and obtaining a receipt.
5) All items are sold as is on its website. Kuwait Four Auctions Company does not guarantee any representations, specifications, information, or details provided by the supplier outside of its stores. The bidder is solely responsible for reviewing the data, advertisements, and information related to the condition of the item before bidding.
6) Please note that participating in the auction implies absolute knowledge of the condition of the item and is considered an acknowledgment of inspection. The terms and conditions of the Four Mazad general application apply in full.
7) Please note that the sale of an item is subject to the supplier's approval.
8) Items offered for sale are sold as is, and neither Kuwait Four Auctions (outside stores) nor the entity to which they are sold guarantee the condition of the items, their suitability for use, or their conformity to specifications.
9) The bidder acknowledges and agrees that any information, data, or other materials obtained through the auction service, whether provided by the application or a third party, may contain errors, be inaccurate, or incomplete. The bidder is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of such information, data, or other materials.
10) I, the bidder or participant, release Kuwait Four Auctions (outside stores) from liability for any hidden damage or defect in the product or item offered, as there is time for inspection and I am fully aware that the item offered is a product or item as is. I, the participant, bear full responsibility for my bids and for my inspection of the product or item. I do not have the right to object, complain, or sue, as the auction was conducted in full possession of my mental faculties and with my full satisfaction without any external interference.
11) The participant or bidder undertakes and is committed to paying all applicable administrative fees, delivery fees, and any other fees that may arise, regardless of the amount, without the seller or Four Auctions bearing any costs.
12) The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.

I, the bidder below, acknowledge that I have thoroughly inspected the products and goods subject to the offer, and that the price offered is the price we deem appropriate for purchasing the product and item in its current condition. Kuwait Four Auctions Company, other than those in stores, and the supplier bears no responsibility for any defect or damage that was not apparent. I have absolutely no right to appeal to the company for any reason, and my complaint will not be considered. I have absolutely no right to sue either of them, as I am fully aware that the offered product is as it is.
