Company Terms and Conditions:

1) A deposit of 500 Kuwaiti Dinars is required when submitting an offer for regular subscribers.

2) A deposit of 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars is required when submitting an offer for banned subscribers.

3) A deposit of 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars is required upon agreement on the exact price of the vehicle when submitting an offer for the vehicle.

4) A ground fee of 40 Kuwaiti Dinars is added to the purchase price for each vehicle.

5) Failure to pay the salvage fee during the offer preparation process will result in the vehicle being rejected.

6) Accurate amounts are non-refundable if the salvage fee is not paid within the specified working period.

7) Salvage fees are payable through 4MAZAD or via the supplier's payment link.

8) The vehicle will be towed within 24 hours of full payment of the salvage fee, after the company has reviewed the case and received a withdrawal form. Failure to comply will result in the removal of the representative from the premises without any liability on our part. Alternatively, a premium ground floor will be provided for each day at a cost of 5 Kuwaiti Dinars.

9) All offers are sold as is. Its locations, and Kuwait Four Auctions Company outside of shops does not include any nominations, specifications, information, and/or items provided by the supplier. The bidder is solely responsible for reviewing the data and advertisements related to the condition of the items before bidding.

10) Please note that participation in the auction implies certainty regarding the condition of the items and constitutes an acknowledgment of inspection and compliance with the terms and conditions of the Four Auctions application in full.

11) Please note that approval to sell bird offerings is contingent upon the supplier's approval.

12) Offers offered for sale are sold as is and do not include Kuwait Four Auctions Company outside of shops, the receipts associated with the items, their suitability for use, or their conformity to specifications.

13) The bidder acknowledges and agrees that any information, data, or other products obtained through the auction service, whether provided by the application or another party, may contain errors, be inaccurate, or incomplete. The bidder is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of such information, data, or other materials.

14) I, the bidder, disclaim all responsibility. Kuwait Four Auctions Company is not responsible for any damage or defects that may be hidden at the auction or event, as there is time for inspection. I am fully aware that the item offered is scrap iron, and I bear full responsibility for my bids, including all inspections. There is no wreckage, and I have no right to object, request, or demand anything, as the bidding is determined by me and with my consent without any conditions.

15) The buyer undertakes and commits to paying all excess amounts, including administrative fees, withdrawal fees, and stamp fees, however sufficient, without the seller or Four Auction Company incurring any costs.

16) The buyer is solely responsible for all expenses and fees related to deregistrating or transferring the license of the sold vehicle. The buyer, either personally or through a designated representative, must take the necessary steps without consulting the seller. If the transfer procedures are not registered in the buyer's name, the buyer is obligated to pay all associated fees and customs duties. The company has the right to claim reimbursement for any expenses incurred if the transfer is not completed within the period agreed upon in the contract.

This applies to all items offered outside of the auction premises. 17) The buyer undertakes to remove the vehicle's wreckage from the company's garage within four days of the purchase date. Failure to do so for any reason constitutes authorization for the company to dispose of the wreckage immediately upon its auction. The buyer accepts the sale price, which will be reduced if the vehicle is sold for less than the agreed-upon price. The buyer bears the loss or the full price difference if the vehicle is sold for less than the agreed-upon price. The buyer is also obligated to pay garage and security fees of nine dinars per day, which will be deducted from the initial payment without further notice.

18) The buyer acknowledges the first party's right to retain all license plates of the sold vehicle upon transfer. If the buyer receives only the plates for a new assessment without bypassing the established procedures, they are obligated to return the stickers for removal. The plates are entrusted to the buyer, who is fully responsible for them during this period. Failure to comply with this agreement will be considered a breach of trust, and the buyer will be liable for all ownership rights.

19) Terms and conditions apply to final approval of the sale, subject to supplier approval.

I, the undersigned bidder, acknowledge that we have inspected the local subscriptions and meetings. The price offer is a useful inspection to avoid confusion, and the price I have submitted is the price that suits us based on the screen selection and listening to the current situation. Kuwait Four Auctions Company, outside of the shops or the supplier, bears no responsibility in the event of a defect or damage that did not appear. I do not intend to contact the company for any reason, and this will not be considered. I do not have the right to sue anyone, as you know, based on a study that the offered item is scrap iron.
